NexusLA program Womentrepreneurs returns for third monthly meetup; topic and panelists announced

BATON ROUGE, La. — Womentrepreneurs, the female entrepreneur focused monthly meetup series from NexusLA, returns this month on August 20, 2019 with a new panel of women with expertise in the August topic — “Capital and Financing for your Business.”

The expert panel of women will discuss different strategies for financing a business venture, including investment opportunities and other various avenues for capital. As always, there will be ample opportunity for discussion and honest feedback.

In the first 15 minutes of the event’s main programming block, panelist and Techstars Startup owner Simone Spence will pitch her business to the attendees. Investors are encouraged to attend and hear her pitch, regardless of gender.
