roviding entrepreneurs and small businesses the tools needed to write succe=
ssful SBIR grants. The SBIR program awards more than $2.2 billion annually =
to small businesses with innovative ideas. In addition, the State of Louisi=
ana provides a matching 40% marketable tax credit for Louisiana SBIR award =
winners. To win program funds, you must effectively communicate your idea t=
o the targeted federal agency. The SBIR Intensive Training program consists=
