lopment of digital interactive media (DIM).  The definition of DIM has been=
 significantly expanded with this legislation to include many types of tech=
nology, online, and software applications.  The tax credit is up to 35% of =
a company’s development expenses, including hardware.  These transferrable =
credits can provide a serious boost to a company’s cash flow by reducing th=
e company’s tax burden, or providing an asset that can be monetized in the =
