Louisiana Technology Park members can now apply for a $4000 signing grant. Use this cash to buy new equipment, pay off debt, or give your hard working employees a little something extra; the choice is yours. The grant opportunity is open to any technology-oriented, emerging company accepted into the Louisiana Technology Park.
By combining the $4,000 grant with the highly subsidized rent (which also includes office furniture, high-speed Internet access, utilities, phones and professional coaching) you have the chance to concentrate your efforts on growing your ideas and your customer base without having to worry about expensive overhead.

The Louisiana Technology Park grant funds are designed to help companies grow their businesses. It is awarded to incubator companies who successfully complete the admissions process and is awarded six months from when the company enters the Tech Park. The company must be in good standing with the Louisiana Technology Park management in order to receive the funds.

$2,000 Business Plan Competition for Tech Park U
Graduates of Tech Park U will have the chance to win $2,000. After nine-months of rigorous business-plan coaching, Tech Park U classmates will put their business plans to the test. A team of judges will review plans and award the winning tech-entrepreneur a cash grant.
Tech Park U is a program of the Louisiana Technology Park in association with the Baton Rouge Business Report, supports start-up tech entrepreneurs. Each Tech Park U class will spend nine months developing their business plans under the supervision and coaching of the expert LTP team. Members will also attend special business plan coaching. |
