 Stephen Loy
Interim President
Stephen Loy has been an invaluable asset to the Tech Park. Joining the team in 2004 as Director of Communications, he has made his way up the ranks with the Louisiana Technology Park. In 2007, Stephen was named Vice President of Operations. Among his many duties, he was responsible for the day to day operations of the incubator, including working to continue to attract early-stage companies for membership into the incubator and handling the Park’s public relations.In April 2008, the Board of Directors named Stephen the Interim President of the Tech Park.
Before coming to the Tech Park, Stephen worked with the Louisiana Retired Teachers Association handling their public relations and legislative issues. He began his career with LSU’s Office of Public Relations.
Stephen is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) designation and serves on the Board of Directors of The Public Relations Association of Louisiana (PRAL) – Baton Rouge Chapter and served as the 2006 Conference Chair for the Southern Public Relations Federation.
Stephen is involved in several community service projects including YMCA sports and is a member of the Administrative Board for First United Methodist Church. |
