Office space equipped with cubicles, chairs and telephones;
- Utilities, including basic telephone service, broadband wireless internet, power and water;
- Daily janitorial services;
- Use of 3 conference rooms, large meeting room, and computer training center;
- Use of LTP equipment such as projectors, screens, hand truck, carts
- Access to LTP fitness room;
- Use of shared kitchen and lounge area;
- Shared receptionist / administrative services;
- Support from LTP staff experienced in the following areas: marketing, PR, accounting, finance, human resources, business plans, investor pitches, tax credits and other state and local incentives;
- Investor introductions;
- Limited IT support from Venyu;
- 24/7 security;
- Coffee service in the shared kitchen; and
- Educational workshops, Member socials and CEO roundtable meetings.
