Business primarily engaged in field(s) of software development; computer or peripheral hardware; telecommunications equipment; Internet- or web-based products or concepts; multimedia; biotechnology; or other technology-related products (NOTE: Service and consulting companies are not eligible.)
Business located or willing to relocate to Louisiana
Business based on legally protected proprietary knowledge
Completed business plan with financial pro forma statements
Completed marketing plan with start-up financing in place
Executive management in place
Product within 18 months of taking to market
Potential for substantial growth and job creation in Louisiana
Willingness to assign 1% your equity to Louisiana Technology Park in exchange for services provided
